gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, & DISCOVER
CARDS.
Layaway
purchases are welcome. All deposits on layaway orders
are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Layaway
option is not available on promotions and clearance items.
All
orders are shipped via UPS unless another method has been
requested. Charges are based upon value, weight and destination.
All
sales are final, with the exception of Vintage Barbie
items sent on approval.
California
residents are required to pay 7.5% sales tax on all purchases.
All
Special Orders will require a 50% nonrefundable/nontransferable
deposit.
Balances
due on Special Orders and Pre-Orders will either be billed
at the time of shipping or be due and payable within 10
days of our receipt of the merchandise at the store unless
other arrangements have been made.
Cancellation
of Pre-Orders will be subject to a 10% fee if a nonrefundable
deposit has not been charged.
We
will not accept returned items, unless we have made an
error in shipping or the item is defective.
We
cannot guarantee condition of shipping cartons and boxes.
Purchase price of dolls only are insured.
In
most cases, each item is inspected before it is shipped
to insure quality control. However, we are only human,
and we do make mistakes occasionally. It is our intention
to provide our customers with the highest quality dolls
available at fair market prices.
The
prices quoted in The Doll Street Journal as well as on
the Web are based on "in store" stock. We reserve
the right to change these prices or offer substituted
items.
We
cannot be responsible for manufacturer shortages, defects
or late shipments.
We
will quote delivery dates to the best of our knowledge,
but cannot guarantee those dates.
